Yoga Therapy · Fertility Support · Newcastle, Australia
If you've been through fertility treatment and it hasn't worked, you haven't run out of options. There's a dimension most people in the system never get to — and it makes a real difference.
The problem
You've followed the medical pathway. You've done the scans, the blood tests, the cycles. You've taken the advice seriously and tried the alternatives. And you're still here.
That's not a failure of effort. It's a failure of the approach to see the whole picture.
Fertility isn't purely mechanical. Your body's capacity to conceive is connected to how it's functioning at every level — physical, hormonal, nervous system, emotional state. When those systems are under load, even good medical intervention can struggle to land.
What's missing from most treatment pathways is a way to address that load directly. That's what this work does.
The approach
This is not a class. It's not a programme off a shelf. It's one-on-one therapeutic work — a clinical assessment followed by a completely personalised daily practice built around your specific situation.
The practice itself is simple: around thirty minutes in the morning and thirty minutes in the evening, using breath, movement, and mindfulness in a sequence designed for your body and your needs.
The simplicity is the sophistication.
Most people arrive expecting something complex. They leave with something they can actually do. That gap between expectation and reality is where trust is built — and where results begin.
Training
Liam Sinnott trained personally under Dr N Chandrasekaran — one of the world's most respected yoga therapists, who has worked with over ten thousand patients. Liam spent time directly in Dr Chandrasekaran's clinic in Chennai, India, learning the methodology at its source.
Not through a certification course. Not online. In the room, at the highest level.
That depth of training, combined with more than fifteen years working in the therapeutic space, means the assessment is precise and the practice you're given is genuinely tailored — not a template dressed up as personalised.

What drives this work
"The body is not broken. It is blocked, or unheard, or overwhelmed."
After all the complexity you've been through — the cycles, the appointments, the conflicting advice — being given something precise, personal, and immediately doable is a different kind of experience.
The simplicity is the sophistication.
You are the healer. I am your guide.
How it works
Something you can actually do.
A full assessment. Your history, your symptoms, your current situation. Pulse diagnosis, any medical picture in play, and assessment of your physical capacity. A proper conversation — the kind where what matters actually gets said.
Approx. 60–90 minutes
A practice built specifically for you. Not a generic programme — a practice that reflects your body, your situation, and what you need right now. Two sessions per day, approximately thirty minutes each. Clean, simple, immediately doable.
Morning & evening sequences
Your first follow-up is two weeks after the initial assessment. Your body has time to respond before we reassess and refine. From there, the practice evolves with you.
Two weeks after initial
Comfortable clothing. An open mind. And whatever you've been carrying — you don't need to have it sorted out before you arrive.
The first step is a conversation. Book your initial consultation and we'll take it from there.
